Dear Church at the Grove Covenant Family Member,

As we look back on 2024, our hearts are filled with deep gratitude for all God has done among us. Together, we have witnessed incredible moments of ministry, growth, and transformation in our church family. From outreach events to worship gatherings, from small groups to serving opportunities, each of you has played a vital role in advancing the Kingdom of God here in our community. Thank you for your faithful prayers, generosity, and commitment to seeing lives changed by the power of the gospel.
We are excited to share with you the ministry budget for 2025 (see enclosed), which represents a continued investment in the vision God has placed before us - to reach people far from God and lead them to become followers of Jesus. This budget reflects our desire to reach even more people with the message of Christ, strengthen our discipleship pathways, and support ministries that meet both spiritual and practical needs within our church and beyond. We are confident that, as we prayerfully consider this budget together, God will provide the resources needed to make these plans a reality. For a more in-depth breakdown of the budget, please visit www.churchatthegrove.com/budget. We will affirm the 2025 budget at our annual business meeting on December 8th after each morning service.

In addition to affirming the budget, we will vote on updating our bylaws. Church at the Grove has been operating under bylaws written in 2006. A lot has changed in 18 years, and our elders felt the need to rewrite the bylaws completely to prepare us for ministry in the future. We know that bylaws might not be the most interesting, but they are essential because they help organize our church to accomplish our important mission. The bylaws are too long to include in the envelope, but we have created a special webpage that you can visit for more information - www.churchatthegrove.com/bylaws. If you would like a paper copy, please contact our office and we will be happy to get that to you. If you have any questions or concerns about the updated bylaws, please contact one of our elders/pastors.

Thank you again for making 2024 such a meaningful year. Together, as a church family, we have seen God at work in powerful ways, and we believe 2025 will bring even greater opportunities to serve, grow, and make a difference. May God bless each of you for the part you play in our shared mission.
With heartfelt gratitude and love,
