The importance of community
Community is an absolutely essential part of our journey of faith and as a church we believe that the best way to grow is together. Oftentimes the first step away from God is a step away from the people of God. We believe in authentic and meaningful relationships that will help provide accountability and move us forward in our relationship with Jesus. The best ways to connect in community is through a community group or joining a serve team.
Community Groups
Community Groups are the life blood of Church at the Grove. In these groups people develop relationships where they can be cared and prayed for on a regular basis. These groups not only get together to eat and discuss the Bible but they also serve together throughout of community. Join a community group today, because you really can't do life alone!
What do groups look like at the Grove?
Our small groups can look very different in format. Some meet at our campus facilities, while many meet at homes or more public spaces. Some groups are made up of a specific age group, while others include a wide range of ages and life-stations. Most groups meet every week or every other week, and many share meals, prayer, and discussions about scripture.

serve teams
A great way to connect in the life of the church is to join a serve team! Sure, you can get to know each other in a community, but you can really get to know someone when you are serving shoulder to shoulder. We have lots of serving opportunities for you to be involved in, things inside the church and outside the church, serving our community!
MINISTRIES THAT HELP EVERYONE BELONG
Kids grove
We want adults to connect in community groups but we also have designed an environment for kids to connect with one another, called Kids Grove. Our goal is to support parents while providing a safe, fun, and God-centered environment for children. Our children's ministry offers kids (from babies through 5th grade) opportunities to get to know Jesus and how much He cares for them!
On Sundays, parents drop their children off before the worship service begins and pick them up when it is over. Feel free to remain with your child until he or she feels comfortable in a classroom. Each room is staffed with approved children’s ministry volunteers that have been trained for your child's protection. These caring people have a heart to teach and serve kids.

Grove Student ministry
We have a special gathering for our 6th-12th grade students called Grove Student Ministry. During this gathering there is food, worship, teaching and time for students to connect in small groups with one another and trusted adults. Through these gatherings we have seen dozens of students lives changed with the message of Jesus.
Grove Student Ministry meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at both of our campuses.
