Grove Student Ministry

United WKND is a weekend long event with the goal to give students in the community an opportunity to encounter Jesus in new ways. Churches in the community, along with the Christian Learning Center, and NG3 have 'United' together to create an awesome weekend for students. The event begins on March 7th at 6:30pm at the Social Circle Theater, and the event concludes on March 9th after the Sunday morning service.

Throughout the weekend, students will be grouped together according to age and gender in host homes. The host homes provide a space for the students to stay during the event. Specifically, students will spend the night in their host homes on Friday and Saturday night. On Sunday morning, the students will attend church with their respective host homes. This is where students will be picked up by parents/guardians at the end of the event. The host homes are volunteers from Church at the Grove, CLC and NG3. All host homes and group leaders are trusted and have been background checked.

We have a special gathering for our 6th-12th grade students called Grove Student Ministry. During this gathering there is food, worship, teaching and time for students to connect in small groups with one another and trusted adults. Through these gatherings we have seen dozens of students lives changed with the message of Jesus.

Grove Student Ministry meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at both of our campuses. 

We value relationships. We believe that the best way to grow in our faith is to connect with other believers in small groups. At our Wednesday night gatherings we spend dedicated time in small groups so teenagers have an adult leader that loves and care for them.
