On January 21st we will launch a new service at 5 pm. This new service will be the same as our services on Sunday morning and will offer incredible children's environments for your kids. The only difference is you get to sleep in!

We have a place for you at our Walnut Grove Campus! Whether you are new to the area, seeking some answers about faith, or just want to connect with other people in the community we invite you to join us on a Sunday morning. Here at Church at the Grove we believe that everybody is invited, nobody's perfect, and anything is possible.

What to expect:

On Sunday mornings, we gather in three locations to celebrate Jesus. Like any other get-together, there'll be people to greet you at the door, and some refreshments to help pick you up while you're there. In the service, there will be times of music, prayer, and messages as we learn to follow Jesus and celebrate what God has done together. Our services are engaging and last a little over an hour.

What about my kids?

If you attend one of our physical campuses, we've designed safe and inspiring environments especially for our children to learn how much they are loved by Jesus. If you attend our online campus we provide videos and resources for you and your family to utilize each week at home! Each of our children are precious to God and to us, so we're excited to lead them to walk in relationship to Him. To find out more about Kids' Grove click here >>

How should i dress?

We are casual around here. You will see jeans, shorts, dresses, and business casual attire. So, wear something comfortable and join us.

Am i expected to give?

Meet the Walnut Grove campus team.

While we are one church in multiple locations we do have a team of pastors and ministry directors that specifically serve the people at our Walnut Grove Campus and the Walnut Grove/Loganville community. 

Dr. Russ Butcher

Lead Pastor
Russ and his wife, Jill, have been married for over 25 years and they have three children, Josiah, Abigail, and Caleb. Russ and Jill planted Church at the Grove in 2007 and have a heart for seeing lives changed by Jesus.

Hannah Bruner

Worship Leader
Hannah is one of our newest staff members, her, her husband, Matt, and their four daughters Emmie Lou, Charleigh, Brooklyn and Sofie have been with Church at the Grove since 2021.

Katie Landress

Family Ministry Director
Katie and her husband, Chris, have been married since 2007 and have two incredible children Anna (8) and Brooks (5). Katie has a passion for kids of all ages and helping parents love Jesus. 

Jonah Faulknor

Grove Student Ministry Director
Jonah is our newest full-time hire but has been with Church at the Grove since he was in middle school. Jonah and his wife, Reese, were married in February 2022 and enjoy serving the students of Walnut Grove.

Pat Hardin

Next Steps Director
Pat, and his wife Joy have been with Church at the Grove since 2009 and have served in a number of different ministry roles including Romania missionaries, student director and now next steps director.
